5:00 pm-6:00 pm April 25, 2017 3720 Florence Blvd, Omaha, NE 68110, USA The two science-themed magnet secondary schools in Omaha Public Schools will host free screenings of the Academy Award nominated Hidden Figures as part of the Nebraska Science Festival. Tuesday, April 25, 5:00 p.m. at King Science & Technology Magnet, 3720 Florence Blvd (use main entrance on east side of building). Screening in the Cafeteria. Participants are invited to attend the KSTM Parent Night following the screening. Student projects will be featured throughout the building. Wednesday, April 26, 6:30 p.m. at Omaha North High Magnet School, 4410 N. 36th St. Screening in the Viking Center (use main doors; handicapped accessible entrance on north side of main parking lot). Following the screening, participants are invited to join Omaha North science teachers on the football field to view stars and planets through a telescope. The screenings are sponsored by the Omaha STEM Ecosystem, Metropolitan Science and Engineering Fair, and the Nebraska Junior Academy of Sciences.
