The Omaha STEM Ecosystem believes in the power of connections, collaborations and communication to address the critical shortfall of STEM professionals in the Greater Omaha area.

Our work depends on your support. There is no single initiative that can close the STEM talent gap problem, as the elements we face are complex.  Our challenges span from identifying critical workforce skills, aligning curriculum content with careers of the future and providing access to high-quality STEM education programs for all community members.

With your support, we can:

  • Build a stronger diverse and sustainable STEM Community – assure growth that creates balance between industry needs and available talent
  • Create a culture of access to STEM resources for all community members – all students have access to career exploration; underemployed people gain skills for better-paying jobs
  • Cultivate excellence and partnership in STEM education – provide access points and inspiration for all types of learners

*Please note that the Omaha STEM Ecosystem is a collaboration between the Omaha Zoological Society and the University of Nebraska Foundation. Your payment receipt and 501c3 documentation is with the Omaha Zoological Society.
