Created by the game developer Triseum, which grew out of the LIVE Lab at Texas A&M University, the learning game Variant: Limits is designed to assist high school and college students with the intuitive understanding of calculus concepts, which they must apply to save a planet from powerful geomagnetic storms. The game features an immersive 3D world that allows players to manipulate objects by mastering calculus principles and theories, directly connecting mathematics and gameplay.

Teachers can see Variant: Limits in action by requesting a link to a free demo.
