    Calling superheroes of all ages!
There are an estimated 55,000 homeless female veterans in the U.S. on any given day.
These heroes deserve heroes - and our awareness.
Bring the kids and dress up like superheroes (costumes 100% optional!) the day after school lets out to fly into summer with games, face painting, balloon animals, bounce house (for 5 & under), snacks, drinks, and a brief (8-minute) superhero-themed tabata workout for all ages by ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Youth Exercise Certified Specialist, Kat Wagner.
T-shirts will be on sale for $15 apiece (Sizes Youth Small through Adult 2XL) - 100% of profits will go to Final Salute, Inc., a nonprofit whose mission is to provide safe & suitable housing to homeless female veterans.
Donations will be accepted towards Final Salute if it is in your heart to give. You can also donate to the cause online at: http://www.crowd .
This event is brought to you by Ms. Veteran America 2019 semi-finalist Kat Wagner, who is stationed at Offutt and will compete in the semi-finals in June in Las Vegas, in hopes of making it to the next round - finals in October in Hollywood!
    Thank you for your support!

FHI is hosting a 5k Fun Run/Walk fundraiser at 9 am on August 11, 2018. All proceeds will benefit FHI which is a missions organization dedicated to helping the poor, orphans, and children. We currently have projects in Africa that need immediate attention as we care for 30 children left orphaned from the war in South Sudan. These projects include construction for a larger home base as well as placement of children into loving homes and families. Ongoing needs include housing, medical care, education, clothing, and food at a minimum.

We have a 5k and a shorter run for the kids or those wanting a shorter distance (Little Monkey Run). Wear your animal print, get outside, get fit, and support a good cause!

FREE Tshirt & Medal with entry. Prizes for top finishers!

Early bird price of $25 for 5k til Aug 1 and $15 for Little Monkey Run.

For more information about FHI or to get involved, email  Donations over and above entry fee may be tax deductible.
