Calling all supporters of women in IT: the time is here to register for UNO’s College of Information Science & Technology’s 2019 CodeCrush Summer Summit! Students, educators and other community supporters are welcome for a day of breakout sessions and speakers celebrating diversity in IT–including Lianne McNaughton, graduate alumni of IS&T and founder of the Youth Can Do I.T. Foundation, who will return as one of the event’s speakers.

    Come visit the Biomechanics Research Building at UNO to explore how mathematics helps scientists understand how the human body moves!  Biomechanics is the study of the forces that act on the body and the effects they produce.  At this event you will get to tour our state of the art research laboratories that explore human movement, virtual reality, prosthetic design, machining and prototyping, and animal movement.
