Metropolitan Community College is inviting educators to apply to teach youth at Do Space. Teachers can apply to teach in June and July (Fourth of July week is scheduled off). The curriculum will require teachers to train utilizing the Black Rocket software platform and then teach the program to students ranging in ages from 8 to 14 in a classroom setting between the hours of 9 to 4 Monday through Thursday at the MCC Do Space location. Examples of classes being offered with Black Rocket software listed below:

  • Virtual Reality: The Future is Now
  • Make Your First 3D Video Game!
  • Advanced 3D Video Game with Unity
  • Code Breakers
  • LEGO Video Games

They are also taking applications for summer class ideas (teacher will provide lesson plan they plan to follow) for youth classes that have a focus on technology.
